Exchange, Return, Refund Policy

Shuvo ETC 7 Days Easy Exchange/Return

• Easy Exchange/Return* applies if not satisfied with Products** quality.
• You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the deliveryman.

Shuvoetc appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We love to provide you with an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on shuvoetc.com are brand new. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 7 days), after receiving your notification. You can have a Refund as well.

** Any ………….items cannot be exchanged or returned. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, items sold under any Sale/Discount offer can be exchanged or returned only if you received defective or damaged products.

For Return or Exchange, please follow these steps

• Please share the problems that you are facing or faced including your Order ID / Invoice and email us at info@shuvoetc.com or contact us at the Hotline Number (01784909595), within 24 hours. 
• We will confirm the exchange/return request and will inform you about the pickup/further process.
• Please ensure that the Product is in unused and original condition. Include all the price tags, labels, original packing, and invoice along with the Products.

Please note that, in case of any exchange or return issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You have to notify us via mail or phone call and also you have to send us the product/s within 7 days.

We will bear the return delivery charge on –

• Size or Color issue.
• If you have received a defective Product.
• If you have received a physically damaged product.
• If the Product is different from the description on the website.

You will bear the return delivery charge on –

• If you change your mind & cancel the booking after the product is already delivered.

You can exchange the Products if:

• Size or Color issue.
• If you have received a defective Product.
• If you have received a physically damaged product.
• If you are unhappy with the products' quality.
• If the Product is different from the description on the website.

*Return can be occurred in two stages:

1. At the time of delivery (if we agreed before placing the order). 
2. After receiving a delivery and if the delivered product is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’.

All items which can be resold are always eligible for exchange. Except the following

• Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
• Products are used.
• Products must be in their original condition.
• Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags.
• Item must be in the original packaging, in original condition. 

Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when

• We are unable to deliver the ordered product/s.
• If we are unable to provide a replacement.
• If a different Product is delivered to you.

– Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-15 days after we receive the return package.

(Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

– If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket, Nagad), then your money will be refunded in the same account within the next 5-7 working days.

• We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the further process.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
